Job Overview
– Developing and implementing HR strategies
– Ensure the effective administration of HR policies, employee engagement, recruitment, development, and legal compliance
Role & Responsibility
1. Strategic HR Management:
– Develop HR strategies to align with the company’s goals
– Design organizational structures that align with business goals
– Drive employee engagement and productivity
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
– Manage the recruitment process
– Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent
– Forecast staffing needs based on business objectives
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
– Develop positive and inclusive work environment
– Develop employee engagement strategies
– Organize employee events
– Develop recognition programs
– Manage employee conflicts in line with company policies
4. Performance Management:
– Develop performance appraisal systems
– Work with department heads to ensure employees receive constructive feedback and guidance
– Ensure effective career development and succession planning
5. Compensation & Benefits:
– Develop competitive compensation plans and benefit programs
– Conduct salary reviews, benchmarking, and ensure equity within the organization
6. HR Policies & Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
– Update policies as needed and communicate changes to staff
– Oversee the health and safety policies and practices
7. Training & Development:
– Identify training needs across the organization
– Develop learning and development programs
– Support career path development and mentorship initiatives
8. HR Data & Reporting:
– Manage HR metrics (turnover rates, absenteeism, etc.)
– Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities and performance
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
