Job Overview
– Driving business growth and market presence through strategic planning, market analysis, and execution of both business development and marketing strategies
– Respond to the acquisition of new clients and the promotion of the company’s brand and services to achieve market penetration, revenue growth, and customer retention
Role & Responsibility
1. Business Development Strategy:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
– Develop and implement long-term business strategies to grow revenue and market share
– Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities
– Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients
2. Sales and Market Expansion:
– Work closely with the sales team to identify and target potential clients
– Lead the negotiation of contracts and partnerships with key clients and collaborators
– Monitor and analyze sales performance and recommend improvements to increase revenue
3. Marketing Strategy & Branding:
– Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives
– Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels
– Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms
– Manage content creation, advertising, and public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility
4. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
– Generate high-quality leads through inbound and outbound marketing strategies
– Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and develop long-term relationships
– Analyze the lead conversion funnel to identify areas for improvement.
5. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:
– Conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning and business development opportunities
– Analyze customer needs, market conditions, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
6. Budget & ROI Management:
– Develop and manage marketing and business development budgets
– Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and business development efforts to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI)
– Make data-driven decisions to optimize spending and resource allocation
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
– Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team
– Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer service) to align business and marketing strategies
– Manage third-party vendors and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives
8. Reporting & Analysis:
– Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales pipeline, and business development initiatives
– Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or a similar role
– Proven ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and lead generation techniques
– Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
